TELEPHONE ORDERS:We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card orders over the phone.  The telephone number for ordering is (434) 685-2337, or you may fax your completed  order form to (434) 685-3346.  Minimum order is $30.00.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.  On all credit card orders, you must provide the account number, expiration date, 3-digit V-Code (on back of card), the card holder’s name and billing address as it appears on your monthly statement.

MAIL ORDERS: To order by mail, fill out the order form completely.  Please note the year, make and body style.  When prepaying by mail, we accept certified checks and money orders.  Personal checks are accepted, but held for bank clearance (15-20 days).

FOREIGN ORDERS: Entire order must be prepaid using money order, cashier’s check or credit card in U.S. funds. Call or write for shipping estimates.  All sales are considered final on foreign orders.  Be sure when ordering that clarity is unquestionable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders are shipped UPS where possible.  Some items (fenders, quarter panels, etc.) are too large for UPS and must be shipped by truck freight.  All truck freight orders must be prepaid.  Truck freight charges average $150.00 per order.  All orders are considered final, be sure clarity of order is unquestionable.  Expedited 2nd day and next day air service is also available at slightly higher shipping rates.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please inspect all deliveries, when possible, in the presence of the carrier.  Should any damage have occurred, contact your local UPS, so they can send out a representative to inspect the damaged package.  The representative will contact us. PLEASE NOTE:  ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS MUST BE EXAMINED FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING DELIVERY TICKET.  IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED , REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.  IF YOU ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE MERCHANDISE FOR YOU.

RETURNS: Books and special order items are not returnable.  Parts must be unused and in original packaging.  Any return must be made within 30 days, with a copy of the original invoice.  Merchandise returned is subject to a restocking fee.  All returns must be authorized by calling (434) 685-2337. No returns after 30 days.

PRICE: Prices subject to change without notice.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Customer shall be charged all shipping charges and a 20% handling fee.

GUARANTEE: All parts are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material for 30 days.  Liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts.
